Reception - Kings Dyke Nature Reserve

On 23 May 2018 the Reception Class went to Kings Dyke Nature Reserve in Whittlesey.  The children had the opportunity to carry out a range of activities such as; pond dipping, bird watching, fossil hunting and going on a nature trail, which they thoroughly enjoyed.  At lunchtime, the children were very brave and enjoyed holding or touching a snake that one of the helpers had brought with her.  We also got to see where they made bricks and were surprised to hear they make 3 million bricks each week!  We hope you enjoy looking at a few photos from our visit.
