At the start of the day, the children visited the kitchen garden where they spotted various fruits, vegetables and herbs. They also sowed their own bean seed. The children then saw a blacksmith and asked lots of questions about his job.

After lunch, we walked round the farm and spotted lots of different animals including alpacas, sheep and goats. Before heading back to school, the children enjoyed playing on the adventure playground.
